The video playback does not work on android devices - when I choose to watch a routine all I get is a spinning loading circle with the BG website in the background
I can't see the videos as all I get is a constant loading notice
Can you provide Chromecast support or Android TV app support for live streaming feeds please?
I want to watch an old routine and I've uninstall and re installed it twice and the video still won't load...
Doesn't work at all 😒
Cant even open the app, keeps stopping. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn't work. Sort it out before the British Champs BG!
Not working, Permanent spinning circle with loading message. Have uninstalled, cleared app cache, reinstalled and problem persists.
Doesn't work, when I click to watch a video, it just has loading and doesn't go anywhere. I get the feeling BG think they've fixed this, but you haven't.
